My #1 Healthy Breast Practice Tip (This is Beyond Mammograms & Self-Exams!)

Breast massage! ♥️

We know physically the benefits of massage and that our breasts are in need of TLC but few women (although it is growing!) massage their breasts regularly.

It makes sense as even though we’re ‘progressive’ in many ways taboos are still quite alive around women touching their breasts for any reason other than checking for abnormalities as in a self breast exam. (which most women report to me is not relaxing). 🙁

But let’s change this for ourselves and our daughters!🤸‍♂️

One of the most effective, easy-to-do breast practices that my clients and I enjoy is to simply use a healthy breast oil after a shower or before bed.

That’s it!

Simply take your time massaging the oil into your breast tissue with care, attention and love. ♥️👍
