For those of you who haven’t done a review of 2023 (and you’d like to! 🥳) I’ve attached a journaling document pdf that I use with an audio intro that you can listen to before you start.

Some of these pieces are from the feminine power work which engages reflection from our resourced self with curiousity and kindness. It is a process that is more interested in growth than success or failure as well as in who we are (and becoming) inside of our life experiences. 

The intention of the practices and reflections is to review and complete the year past in a way that celebrates, honors, frees tied up energy, is healing and connects you to the gifts and growth that 2023 brought so you can consciously move forward with them (the power of naming things is massive in allowing us to claim it!)❣️
