Simple Tool to Reduce Effects of EMF Stress at School, Work and Home
The jury is still out in many minds as to what effect EMFs are having on our well-being.
Most people I notice have an inkling that the increasing amount of exposure isn't great for us but feel powerless as to what to do about it. For better or for worse man-made electromagnetic radiation is everywhere. The good news is that brilliant minds are creating technology in response to the increase of "electrosmog" to harmonize the effect of this radiation on our bodies and create a balancing effect on our energy field. Without going into the details with my children * I have purchased this technology and put them on the electrical devices I use to minimize my children's exposure because I feel - just like love, plants, pets, music, stories, laughter, essential oils - they help create an environment that will help my children's bodies truly enjoy some R & R and I know that this brings out their best.
The two devices that I am most familiar with are the Q-link and the energyDOTS(Philharmonics).
I am using and selling through the clinic the devices by Philharmonics these days. The technology is embedded in these energyDOTs "are designed to relieve symptoms of electrostress triggered by man-made electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). The elecroDOT holds and emits a subtle energy harmonic to reorganize and neutralize invasive EMFs from electronic equipment." The electroDOT is the most popular one -all the DOTS are simple in that the technology comes embedded in a sticker so you just peel it off and in the case of the electroDOTs stick it on to your electronic devices.
Here's the rundown of the three most common energyDOTS:
ElectroDOT is put directly on your electronic equipment - I have one on my cell-phone and one on my laptop. As I mentioned they are the most popular of the energyDOTS
BioDOT is for individuals to have on them - most people stick it on the back of a necklace/pendant. This is the one I recommend for children at school. I would recommend taking it off when swimming and showering.
wifiDOT is to put right on your wifi router.
The investment is very reasonable ($45 each), and the results for some have been profound.
I will be placing a large order on September 21, 2014 - email monika@opentowellness.ca before this date to place your order. Next order may not be till the New Year. For those in Edmonton, Dr. Christina Bjorndal and Dr. Michael Mason-Wood sell these at their clinic.
My son is getting one for his i-pod and I will be giving my daughter a necklace with it for her birthday. It feels intuitively right to do it and so I do.
Which is better? Q-link or energyDOTS?
Thus far I believe this is personal preference - dowsing helps some people decide. I like the specificity of the energyDOTS, the fact that they are thinner and don't get unstuck as easily as my Q-link button did and lastly, as you may know from my business logo, I have a connection and feel a resonance with the flower of life symbol that is on the DOTS. It is an ancient symbol that has been found etched all over the world - on the Cathedral walls in Leon, Spain is where I saw it recently - from Mayan temples to Egyptian pyramids this symbol has left its mark and it is used by a growing number of health professionals to support healing. So, my preference for my family is the DOTS and I have heard excellent reports from users of both of these technologies.
Early Childhood Suggestion: Talking to young children - especially under 7 years - about EMF exposure I think does more harm than good. At this age creating the experiences and healthy empowering beliefs that generate a healthy neurobiochemistry and a feeling of safety and being loved goes a long way in lifelong wellness and creating foundation for resiliency and centeredness. I believe they don't need to come into the adult world on this yet. As they are young I simply take care of this by getting the supportive products to reduce the effects of electrosmog on their growing bodies and leave it at that - no getting into what I think EMF's effect on health are, etc. My focus with them is on connection and community through play, and storytelling and time in nature to build that feeling of connection to and love of our natural world and themselves and each other.
