A powerful time to rest, restore and reset!
We will begin with some movement to release whatever is ready to go and then move into a simple centering mediation to ground and connect with our heart’s intention and then a 40 minute yoga nidra practice.
This particular New Moon supports new initiatives as well as a deepening into love in all ways with the planet Venus bringing in her beautiful soft energies of connection, belonging and intimacy … just in time for Galentine’s Day (google it!) AND Valentine’s Day. ♥️

Yoga Nidra is a restorative guided mindfulness practice done lying down. Have blankets, a pillow, eye pillow/something gentle for over your eyes (even a folded t-shirt works!), and whatever will make your space feel cozy.😍
