Your 63rd Birthday is Something Extra Special to Celebrate ...

I have found that understanding the shifts in consciousness that happen as we journey through the years of our life is a super powerful awareness and support in living consciously!

Over the years parents and clients have come back to let me know how helpful it was to know this as they and their children navigated these times of change with greater understanding and ease.🤸‍♂️🦋

I am very familiar with and teach about the shifts during childhood and the shift at 35, 42 (huge!) and 49 but recently a client came in having just turned 62 and the way she talked about some things that were on her heart prompted me to explore a bit around the 7 year shift from ages 56-63. So I did.💫

Wow, it was so beautifully aligned!

She had a vision she had held for a while around creating something for herself and her family that would support not only her but her future generations wellbeing. A place reminiscent of something she had in her childhood that nourished her spirit.

She had carried this dream for a long while.

I asked her if this was something that would be a regret on her death bed if she didn’t get to it. She said, “yes.” Not tending to our dreams contributes to poor health holistically speaking. It interferes with flow so as her health mentor this is significant to me

In our conversation my client realized that SHE could begin the process now of actually making it a reality. Take the first step.

When we looked at the upcoming year the month that she could leave to begin the work of it would be the same month that she turned 63! Everything about it so aligned with the themes of this change and next step in empowerment and evolution. Her impulses to step even more fully into her power as matriarch of her family was so inspiring to me and the timing crazy good!

Each 7 year cycle is associated with a certain planetary energy and this one is associated with Saturn (56-63 years old). It is when Saturn completes its second “return” (e.g. comes back to its position it had at one’s birth), and the soul can manifest at a higher level. She was physically drawn to go back to where she spent her childhood and create something for the next generation … something that her life journey had taught her was valuable: nature, family, connection, play, movement, water, togetherness, place.

This seven-year period is in certain spiritual studies known as the final 7 year cycle. It’s a big deal. Turn to your heart for guidance - what’s on your heart to do or create. I invite you to mark this birthday in a way that honors your heart’s deepest longing and expression.!🙏🏽♥️
