Loving Kindness Meditation for November Mental Wellness
You just can’t create radiant health and well-being on top of disconnection with self and in a field of isolation. The mindfulness meditation practice of loving kindness is a favourite practice of mine to nurture a sense of connection and warmth with myself and others.
Well if there was ever a time to do a 21 day practice with some version of loving kindness meditation this is the time! ♥️
My closest friends who are actively teaching mindfulness fell in love with the phrases used in this particular one when I shared it recently on a Soul venture retreat with them!!🤸♂️
Do feel free to adjust the phrases as you personally like … be curious as to which phrase ignites the felt feeling of warmth, love, kindness in you and focus especially on those.
Hot tip: Sometimes I will add in an imagination of lovingly, tenderly placing a shawl around the shoulders of the one I am directing the loving kindness phrases to … adding an imagination that melts/opens your heart can really help you deepen into the yumminess of this experience …
Blessing ourselves and one another is transformative at the deepest levels …
Consider trying it on as a practice from now till the next New Moon or Winter Solstice or for the next 21 days … observe what you notice internally and in your relationships with others 😊.
