I love the simplicity and it’s a such a great way to include Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic and Unheated Olive oil into your days in a yummy way (3 ingredients well-known for supporting vibrancy in the body and healthy metabolism, especially as we age!) 💃

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp Braggs

  • 2 garlic cloves
